1、 Instrument Introduction
The new modular torque rheometer HAAKE PolyLab QC system can be connected to interchangeable mixing machines, single screw extruders, and conical twin-screw extruders. Based on the design concept of backward compatibility, it is possible to connect users' existing old Huck mixers and extruders. Users can freely choose between desktop or floor standing structures to adapt to the environmental requirements of their laboratory. The system control adopts HAAKE PolySoft operating software, which is based on the familiar and easy-to-use Microsoft Windows operating platform. The USB interface or optional LAN interface of the computer is not only convenient for data acquisition and processing, but also easy to control using the computer chosen by the customer. Automated software and offline program execution significantly save testing time and improve the reproducibility of test results.
